Role Purpose <ul type="disc"> <li>The Manager – Customer Care is responsible for the leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of customer care operations for the utility company. The role ensures efficient handling of customer inquiries, service requests, complaints, and incidents while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience across all service channels.</li> <li>The position oversees customer contact operations, service request management, and coordination with operations, control rooms, and field teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and company standards.</li> </ul> Key Responsibilities 1. <h4>المهام والوصف الوظيفي</h4>- متابعة تطبيق أنظمة وتعليمات الأمن والسلامة داخل المستودعات والتأكد من الالتزام بها - إجراء جولات تفقدية دورية على المستودعات والمرافق لرصد المخاطر والملاحظات المتعلقة بالسلامة - التأكد من سلامة مخارج الطوارئ وممرات الحركة وعدم وجود عوائق أمامها - متابعة جاهزية وصلاحية طفايات الحريق وأنظمة الإنذار والإطفاء ومعدات مكافحة الحريق - التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات تخزين المنتجات الطبية والمواد حسب طبيعتها ومتطلبات السلامة - متابعة تخزين المواد الكيميائية والمواد الخطرة – إن وجدت – بالطريقة الآمنة والمناسبة - التأكد من التزام العاملين باستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة لطبيعة العمل - متابعة إجراءات السلامة أثناء عمليات التحميل والتنزيل ونقل المواد داخل المستودع<h4>الشروط والمهارات</h4><ul><li>مؤهل ثانوية عامة</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين</li></ul>مجال العمل: الخدمات الأمنية والحراسات مكان الوظيفة: الرياض - منطقة الرياض نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل نطاق الراتب: 4,500 ريال سعودي بدلات ومزايا أخرى: - تأمين طبي - بونص سنوي اللغات المطلوبة للوظيفة: الإنجليزية-جيد الجنس: رجال هذه الوظيفة متاحة لـ: سعودي فقط الحد الأدنى لمستوى التعليم: الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها الحد الأدنى لمستوى الخبرة: مستوى متوسط (خبرة من 4 إلى 10 سنوات)
