Working alongside the MEA research leadership, the Research Associate Manager will help deliver the region's research strategy and strengthen Accenture's position as a trusted source of insight across industries in the region. The role is responsible for preparing management reports, creating executive presentations, maintaining operational data, coordinating meetings and communications, and supporting mobility planning, fleet operations, and stakeholder engagement activities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Mobility Operations Support</p><ul><li>Support daily mobility operations and coordination across land mobility services.</li><li>Assist in tracking operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics.</li><li>Maintain mobility-related records, schedules, and operational documentation.</li><li>Support fleet utilization, transportation planning, and mobility projects as required.</li></ul><p>Reporting & Analysis</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports.</li><li>Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for management.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across mobility reporting.</li></ul><p>Executive Presentations</p><ul><li>Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and executive reviews.</li><li>Transform operational data into clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards.</li><li>Support business cases, project updates, and strategic initiatives through presentation development.</li></ul><p>Administrative Support</p><ul><li>Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Manage departmental correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.</li><li>Track action items and support the completion of key deliverables.</li><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Mobility team.</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Coordination</p><ul><li>Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Airport Operations, Guest Experience, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Support vendor coordination and administrative activities related to mobility services.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>5 8 years of experience in administrative, operations support, reporting, or mobility/transportation environments.</li><li>Experience supporting senior management and preparing executive-level reports and presentations.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of basic modelling, analysis, reporting, and presentations.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).</li><li>Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation design capabilities.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in mobility, transportation, fleet operations, hospitality, aviation, or logistics environments.</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale operations, giga projects, or multi-site operations.</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI and reporting automation tools is an advantage.</li></ul>
