<p><strong>Required to work in Saudi Arabia (Taif):</strong><br>We are seeking an expert Central Laundry Supervisor to participate in establishing and managing an advanced laundry operation based on modern digital operating systems to serve the luxury hotel sector.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main tasks:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Oversee the startup phase and allocate production lines to ensure smooth autonomous work.</p></li><li><p>Manage <strong>immediate digital inventory operations</strong> to ensure accurate handover with hotels.</p></li><li><p>Monitor quality and efficiency indicators through electronic dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Train the technical staff on using modern digital tools in the laundry.</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Experience of no less than 5 years in managing operations at large central laundries (preferably with 5-star hotel experience).</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in dealing with <strong>Digital Management Systems</strong> and automated performance reports.</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>Inventory Control Systems</strong> and ensuring no asset overlap between clients.</p></li><li><p>The ability to manage operations with minimal manual intervention by leveraging production line automation.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of sterilization and hotel quality standards (ISO/Hospitality Standards).</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Sufficient experience in establishing central laundries</p></li><li><p>Ability to develop and innovate</p></li><li><p>Build an excellent team to work inside and outside the laundry</p></li><li><p>Ability to establish relationships with hotels and apartments to contract</p></li></ul><p></p>
