As a Kids Club Attendant, you will need to:<br><br>Guest Experience and Engagement Deliver engaging, interactive, and educational activities for guests, with a focus on providing fun and valuable experiences for children and families. Develop and implement themed programs, workshops, games, and activities that align with the resort’s ethos, values, and luxury brand standards. Use creative storytelling, play, and interactive learning techniques to educate while entertaining guests of all ages. Engage guests in both group and individual activities, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere that caters to various learning styles and interests. Adapt content and activities based on guest preferences, age groups, and cultural sensitivities to ensure relevance and enjoyment. Act as a positive and approachable ambassador for the resort, building strong relationships with guests and making them feel welcome and valued throughout their experience.<br>Program Development and Coordination Develop and design educational programs that balance entertainment and learning, focusing on creativity, sustainability, nature, history, and cultural immersion. Plan and organize group activities, including games, arts and crafts, environmental education, science experiments, and interactive storytelling sessions. Coordinate with other resort departments, such as Kids Club, Spa & Recreation, and F&B, to ensure seamless integration of edutainment programs into the overall guest experience. Organize special events and seasonal activities (e.g., holiday-themed programs, talent shows, scavenger hunts) that align with resort events and promotions.<br>Safety and Well-being Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during activities, adhering to resort safety standards and protocols. Supervise children and guests participating in activities, maintaining a safe and respectful environment at all times. Remain vigilant and proactive in monitoring guest participation, adjusting activities to meet the needs of all guests and ensuring comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians of younger guests to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.<br>Guest Feedback and Continuous Improvement Actively solicit feedback from guests regarding their participation in activities, using their input to refine and improve the edutainment offerings. Respond to guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring that any issues are addressed in a professional and positive manner. Keep up with industry trends in education, entertainment, and family-focused hospitality to continually evolve the resort’s offerings.<br>Collaboration with Other Teams Work closely with the Recreation and Entertainment teams to ensure that the edutainment programs align with the resort’s overall guest experience strategy. Collaborate with Kids Club, Spa, and Fitness teams to create integrated wellness, learning, and entertainment experiences for families and children. Coordinate with the resort’s Marketing team to promote edutainment offerings through internal channels, ensuring guests are aware of available activities during their stay.<br>Administrative and Operational Duties Maintain accurate records of guest participation in activities, including attendance, feedback, and special requests. Help prepare and manage materials, equipment, and supplies needed for educational programs and activities. Monitor inventory of activity-related items (e.g., arts and crafts supplies, toys, educational materials) and report shortages or restocking needs to the Recreation Manager. Contribute to the scheduling of activities, ensuring that the resort’s event calendar is balanced and maximizes guest engagement.<br>Team Support and Professional Development Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment. Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas to improve guest experiences and program offerings. Stay informed about the latest trends in children’s education, edutainment, and hospitality, taking part in training and professional development opportunities.<br>Other Duties Assist with other guest services activities and events as needed, ensuring that the resort’s high standards of service are consistently met. Job Summary<br>Provide first line leadership and guidance to employees in Passenger Services Department providing excellent customer service to our customers at the check-in counters, boarding gate and MAAS for each airline within the regulatory compliance environment in line with , Responsible for controlling all the functions of Passenger Services team during a shift duty so as to ensure that all bags are accounted for in order to achieve timely departure of the flight with nil discrepancies and attain customer satisfaction for both the passengers and the airlines<br>Responsibilities<br>Perform all Passenger Service agent tasks (as per Job description) as well as supervisor responsibilities Lead, inspire and coach team to meet and exceed established departmental goals Ensure compliance to set department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’) and SOP’s Conduct Pre / Post Flight Editing Monitor attendance of all Passenger Handling staff (Check in, MAAS/PRM) Conduct daily staff briefing, assign and distribute work, review work for accuracy and completeness, and return assignments with recommendations for proper completion to the Passenger Services Manager Ensure cross utilization of resources by re-allocating/re-assigning Ensure & monitor gate and transfer desk processes per flight as per SLA’s Liaise & coordinate with the PRM team on all special handling requests (WCHR/UM/DEPU) Monitor & coordinate flight close out as per SLA’s and dispatch paperwork with the flight controller Queue management at the departure terminal to ensure seamless operations Ensures that professionalism is maintained in all communication over email, radio, telex and telephone Organizes and manage resources during crisis situations, such as flight disruptions, flight delays, systems breakdown, non-reconciling boarding stumps, in order to safeguard operations and to secure the goodwill of the customers. Ensures that procedures established by each carrier are properly carried out in a professional manner according to their specifications towards meeting or exceeding service delivery targets in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Responsible for updating the reports for office equipment failures, discrepancies and incidents. Ensure employees are in compliance with uniform, appearance, and personnel protective equipment policies Motivate staff and provide for effective two-way communication within the Passenger Services department to encourage feedback and promote improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend changes in practices and procedures aimed at increasing operational efficiency and expediting work flow in the department. Develop or modify work plans, methods, and synergies hence determine work priorities for each shift. Develop performance improvement plans for the team, document performance, provide performance feedback, and formally evaluate the work of employees. Constantly seek customer feedback and opportunities in keeping with continuous improvement around service delivery Track stationery inventory and place order for supplies as needed from customer airlines. Ensure that deviations from the daily operations are properly covered (e.g. extra flights, charters, delayed flights) and reconciliation done for any monies collected for any adhoc services & Excess baggage Ensure that all post flight paperwork and activities have been finalized Hold debriefings when & as required with the teams Investigate all operational irregularities at the terminal and submit reports /recommendations to the Duty Officer & Manager, Passenger Services Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation at the terminal Ensure a proper log and accurate log / inventory of support tools such as Communication radios, Mobile phones, Tablets, WCHR’s and report any defects immediately Ensure that data capture and daily reports as per defined formats &/or in the Swissport reporting tools (E.g. FSC, SOR, D. A. T. E etc.) are accurate & promptly submitted Generate a summary report of all activities at the terminal after end of the shift Carry out any additional duties as instructed by management<br>Qualifications and Competencies<br>High School diploma Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience Leadership and people management skills A proven ability to problem solving and decision making experience Planning and organizing skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Arabic in addition is an advantage Commitment to continuous improvement Computer literate (Office Word, Excel, Power Point) A good understanding of all regulatory and recommended procedures that relate to the airport environment Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Assist with the allocation and reassignment of accommodation based on occupancy, operational requirements, and team member needs. Maintain accurate records of room assignments, occupancy, vacancies, transfers, and housing inventory. Conduct regular inspections of accommodation areas and report any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility concerns. Coordinate with Maintenance and other relevant departments to ensure repairs and issues are addressed promptly. Monitor the cleanliness and condition of common areas, bedrooms, kitchens, recreational areas, and other team member facilities. Assist in implementing and maintaining housing policies, procedures, and standards. Respond to team member housing concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Communicate housing rules, policies, procedures, and updates clearly to team members. Assist with check-in and check-out processes for team members moving into or leaving company accommodation. Support the Housing Manager in monitoring housing-related expenses, supplies, and operational requirements. Assist with maintaining adequate stocks of housing supplies, equipment, and amenities. Prepare and maintain housing reports, including occupancy, room allocation, maintenance issues, and other operational information. Support regular housing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards. Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all team members. Work closely with Talent and Culture and other departments to resolve accommodation-related matters. Assist the Housing Manager in implementing initiatives to improve team member satisfaction and the overall housing experience. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of team member information and housing records. Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
