Department: Housekeeping & Laundry Location: Saudi Arabia - Al Khobar<br><br>Description<br><br>The incumbent in this position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, corridors, floor public areas and pantries according to standards established by the hotel. <br><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet.<br>Whilst cleaning the room, verify that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and reports to Supervisor any items that need repair.<br>Clean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms assigned. Also maintain cleanliness of equipment and pantries.<br>Keep informed of hotel product and service knowledge in order to answer guest questions.<br>Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc. <br>Write down on their assignment sheets relevant information for record purposes and possible future inquiries. At the end of shift, report special attention guest, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. Verify the physical status of room and updates Order Taker of any discrepancies found.<br><br>Report at once to Supervisor and Order Taker lost and found items and coordinates with Order Taker when to bring items down.<br><br>Provide the turn down service to assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality of self and Flight Crew for the assigned flights. Conducts pre- flight “Briefing” to ensure members are acknowledged with flight details; continuously ensures briefing is properly done prior to each action as per the adopted procedures. Liaises with co-pilots (First Officer and Second Officer) and Dispatch Team prior to each flight ensuring flight/cabin crew members are well prepared and provided with required information, this includes aircraft technical status, route preferences, weather, fuel, weight, distribution of roles, etc. Ensures, within the safety constraints as detailed in the relevant sections of the Airline’s Operations Manual, that the aircraft is flown so as to make most efficient and effective use of fuel during the flight. Ensures the required safety, security, fuel, and transit checks are carried for each flight by the Flight/Cabin assigned crew members before, during and post each flight. Takes necessary action and directs the crew on how to react in case of safety or security irregularities; decides on escalations if needed. Cooperates with the Maintenance Engineers to confirm the aircraft technical status and ensure its suitability to fly; seeks the support of MCC and MROs to raise possible concerns and identify any defects or technical issues; implements the rectification or corrective measure immediately where applicable. Makes sure all the needed documents and technical logs are loaded with necessary accurate data as per the Airline and civil aviation authority regulations and adopted procedures. This includes the technical logbook, journey book, boarding sheets, reports, etc. Ensures that the Airline Operations Manual is distributed, accounted for, maintained, kept up to date, understood and complied with by Flight Crew. Keeps himself/herself up-to-date with the legal requirements of the different regulatory bodies such as, civil aviation authority, Airbus Company and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flights and Flight Crew. Undertakes additional, ground based tasks such as Safety Officer or Security Officer, as directed by the line manager and in accordance with the provisions of Part A of the Airline’s Operations Manual.<br><br>Key Result Responsibilities - Continued<br><br>Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)<br><br>Appropriate ATPL License is a must. He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards. He/she must pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards. Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage. Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage. Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage. IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage. Proficient in Aircraft systems, proficient in Microsoft Office Very good in written and verbal communication skills, Technical reports writing, presentations, etc. Very good in English Language (other local languages in country of employment are an advantage) <br><br>Work Experience<br><br> He/she must have completed a minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft, Airbus 320 is preferred. Position Summary :The Drone Co-Pilot supports the safe and efficient operation of drone missions by assisting the Pilot in Command (PIC) in all stages of flight, from pre-flight planning to post-flight procedures. Basic Scope: <br>Serves as First Officer on Aloula Fleet of aircraft at the discretion of the Chief Pilot. As atrainee, he is under close supervision of the respective Fleet Captain, Training Captain, and Captain.<br>Scope: <br>Responsible for assigned flight activity for any of the Aramco Fleet type of aircraft, which consists of Boeing 737-800, Gulfstream, Hawker 900XP, King Air 350 and Air tractor 802, in or out the Kingdom, as assigned by the Chief Pilot. The activities include servicing and support of exploration, drilling and pipeline camps or, operations in remote desert areas using paved or unprepared airstrips. Pilots are expected to exercise initiative and judgement in carrying out assignments to ensure protection of aircraft, safety of passengers and cargo, and that flight logs or other records are complete and authenticated.<br>Roles and Responsibilities: <br>Performs as First Officer, pilot monitoring and/or pilot flying duties in compliance with the Flight Operation Manual and at the direction of the Captain. Performs as assigned standby duty for up to 48 hours per week.<br>Conducts interior and pre-flight inspections. Initializes navigation systems and verifies accuracy of manually inserted data. Obtains weather briefing, route information, files flight plan and reviews all flight details for correctness.<br>Checks, along with the Captain, all instruments, engines and communications equipment prior to the flight. Conducts radio communications necessary for departure after engine starts. Qualifications Demonstrated competence in Quality Control and Inspection related to helicopter maintenance and operations. Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management systems in an aviation or aerospace environment. Relevant technical certification or license in aviation maintenance (e.g., helicopter mechanic/engineer license, Part-145 or equivalent experience). Knowledge of international and local aviation regulations and safety standards applicable to rotary-wing aircraft. Aerodrome Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, management and coordinating the facilities maintenance of Fixed Based Operation (FBO) with aerodrome maintenance division. Manage and supervise team of aerodrome and FBO staff, including passenger handling staff, ground handling crew, ensuring the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. Responsible to attend meeting with airport authorities and stakeholders, manage day to day operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive performance improvement to support the growth and success of FBO service at the airport. Ensure that all operational activities comply with GACAR 151 requirements. Work closely with aerodrome maintenance team to ensure the readiness and safety of GSE and aerodrome facilities. Filing organizing and record keeping in a very organized manner.<br><br>6 Liaise closely with all Airline related task, stakeholders, (Flight Editing, NOC, Customer Service, etc.), Increases, Meal service changes.
