REPORTS TO: NGHC Instrument Supervisor. LIAISE/COOPERATE WITH: Air Products, External EPCs, Suppliers, NGHC Operation Directors, Operations and Maintenance Staff.<br>POSITION SUMMARY:This position will be part of NGHC (Neom Green Hydrogen Company) Maintenance group. Will be based in Neom Region. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution. Domain expertise in SAP PM/maintenance modules; strong command of relevant SAP transactions and configuration. Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and sequence activities efficiently. Establish and maintain baseline schedules. Identify and allocate manpower, equipment, tooling, spares and materials as per project needs. Ensure optimal utilization of instrument resources to enhance productivity. On-call support during plant emergencies, to plan any emergency maintenance activity. Track and monitor the progress of electrical works against the schedule. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for NGHC management. Identify delays, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure smooth coordination between different electrical activities and other disciplines. Identify potential project risks (delays, resource shortages, design changes) and develop mitigation strategies. Revise schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes. Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to Job timelines aligned with predetermined schedule. Support in TA/SD job package preparation. Act as Point of contact for external contractors. Ability to act as SAP power user and Master Data specialist will be added advantage. The role ensures design compliance, technical quality, constructability, and successful coordination with clients, consultants, and construction teams. Supervise commis and demi chefs Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature. Operate and maintain all culinary equipment and reporting of malfunctioning. Have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business. Responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils. Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim. Check periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items. Consult with Sous Chef and Head Chef on the daily requirements, functions and about any last- minute events and specific requirements. Guide and train team members to ensure high motivation and economical working environment. Assess quality control and adhere to Jayasom’s service standards. Ensure effective stock purchase, its receipt and storage. Ensure culinary standards specific to each dish are met. Liaise with stewarding team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the kitchens, such as machinery and equipment. Make regular inspections of workplace to observe quality of food preparation and service, food presentation, cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and staff appearance and hygiene. Keep up to date with culinary trends and ensure the menus are reviewed as required whilst maintaining Jayasom’s culinary purpose and guests’ taste. Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared. Ensure proper arrangement and garnishing of food.
