This part-time position is integral to a large-scale development that aims to create a world-class destination, encompassing residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components. The role involves working within an integrated, multidisciplinary team to support the region’s future vision and growth aspirations.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Develop and maintain tools and forms for collecting programme status from stakeholders.</li> <li >Manage the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.</li> <li >Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.</li> <li >Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards, escalating risks and issues as necessary.</li> <li >Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.</li> <li >Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.</li> <li >Utilize SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable and reliable insights.</li> <li >Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.</li> <li >Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally to inquiries.</li> <li >Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools in reporting.</li> <li >Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, with ongoing progression toward chartership with a recognised professional body and continuous professional development.</li> <li >Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership experience on complex projects.</li> <li >Minimum of <strong >20 years of experience</strong> in construction or engineering projects.</li> <li >Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, including delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.</li> <li >Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.</li> <li >Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.</li> </ul> <h3 >Skills and Attributes</h3> <ul > <li >Advanced competence in using Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and Primavera 6.</li> <li >Proficiency in designing, building, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including reporting tools.</li> <li >Effective communication skills with strong analytical capability.</li> <li >Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment and Application</h3> <p >This is a <strong >part-time</strong> position based in either <strong >Riyadh</strong> or <strong >Abha</strong>, Saudi Arabia.
