Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will lead the on-site team, drive sales performance, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage day-to-day operations at a fast-paced entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and supervise Guest Associates at site level.
Drive sales, conversion, upsell, and revenue targets.
Ensure strong guest experience and service recovery.
Manage daily site operations, staffing, and shift execution.
Oversee POS, imaging systems, kiosks, inventory, and cash handling.
Prepare performance reports and coordinate with internal and venue stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, guest experience, or photo operations.
Experience managing teams of 10–50 staff.
Strong commercial mindset with proven sales achievement.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Fluent Arabic required; English communication preferred.
We are hiring experienced Site Managers to lead guest imaging operations across entertainment complex locations in Saudi Arabia.
Locations: Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, Madinah, Riyadh
Employment Type: 12 month Contract
ON TASC Payroll.
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotational schedule
Language Requirement: Arabic required, English preferred
Nationality: Saudi Nationals preferred
