The Reporting Analyst is also required to exercise accounting control and to ensure adequacy of accounting information, and assist the Reporting Manager in the month-end reporting activities.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Process, verify and record on a timely basis all Journal Entries related to the following:</li><li>Recording of Payables to the Accounts Payable ledger &amp; payments to suppliers</li><li>Purchase of Fixed Assets and any disposal thereof.</li><li>All G&amp;A Expenses (including payroll)</li><li>All T&amp;E incurred by employees.</li><li>Book Inter-Company transactions</li><li>Cross charge and reconcile Inter-Company invoices</li><li>Review and validate petty cash expenses.</li><li>Act as a GL supervisor on SAP.</li><li>Safeguard company assets by maintaining a high level of financial control.</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting of books in compliance with Smart Spend policy.</li><li>Validate GL and cost center bookings as part of releasing Purchase Orders.</li><li>Maintain and update fixed assets register.</li><li>Supervise the T&amp;E governance in Jeddah office and conduct periodic audit on targeted samples to ensure T&amp;E policy and Smart Sending compliance.</li><li>Prepare the prepayments, accruals schedules, T&amp;E aging report and clearing accounts for month-end Reporting.</li><li>Act as the main Finance point of contact for Jeddah office stakeholders and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local, statutory and fiscal rules and regulations.</li><li>Assist the Reporting Manager in the monthly &amp; quarterly deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with SAP Master data team on any SAP related issues.</li><li>Maintain SAP Vendor list and ensure compliance with PepsiCo 60 days payment terms.</li><li>Create new vendors, employees and suppliers in coordination with Master data team.</li><li>Perform GCS testing on a quarterly basis.</li><li>Implements policies and procedures that support efficient and well-controlled financial transaction processing systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Accounting / BA degree.</li><li>2-4 years financial accounting experience.</li><li>Demonstrate strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to deliver results within strict deadlines.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Good experience in MS office applications.</li><li>Strong Knowledge of SAP</li></ul>
