This role leads the end-to-end execution of major events, ensures operational excellence, and coordinates with internal and external partners to deliver impactful experiences aligned with the clubu2019s vision.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of major club events, ceremonies, and official functions.</li><li>Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and operational frameworks.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, sponsors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.</li><li>Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, production, guest management, and protocols.</li><li>Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.</li><li>Ensure events comply with brand guidelines, safety standards, and organizational policies.</li><li>Supervise and guide junior events team members when required.</li><li>Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul> Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications: Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5u20137 years of experience in event management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large organizations. Proven experience managing high-profile, large-scale events and stakeholders. Skills: •Strong project management and organizational skills. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. •Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. •Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. •Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools. Certifications: Event Management or Project Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
