<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><span >JOB PURPOSE</span></p><p>To provide leadership in developing and supervising the implementation of the Bank s policy, strategy, action plans, pertinent development solutions and global work programs in the areas of social infrastructure and Human Development through sovereign financing operations, under the guidance and supervision of the Director, Economic & Social Infrastructure Department. The role will manage the production of advisory and analytics works in member countries, covering strategic and tactical priorities across the operations complex for Human Development (Health, Education, and Nutrition) and Social Infrastructure. The aim is to ensure that sector policy dialogue, knowledge dissemination and operational activities contribute effectively and efficiently to the Bank s Mission, global positioning and strategy, while adequately reflecting client needs. The Division will support cutting edge research, knowledge creation and priority sector strategies that will ultimately guide the sovereign and non-sovereign financing and non-financing operations of the Bank, in addition to developing new development products and initiatives for promoting the Bank financial and technical resources mobilization efforts.</p><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>Functional Responsibilities: Serves as a Technical leader, focal point and resource center for all matters related to Human Development & Social infrastructure-related sectors (e.g. Education, Nutrition and Health in the member countries). Leads the elaboration of development solutions, oversees sector work and analytics in relation to Human development and Social Infrastructure to examine the issues, identifies/ assesses the needs and required priority interventions, prepares related policy briefs/notes to keep abreast of international developments and advancements in the Human Development and Social Infrastructure sectors. Collates inputs from global topic leads, sector economists and Sub-Regional Hubs to prepare and regularly updates the Bank s Human development and Social Infrastructure Strategy. Advises the senior management and the head of Economic and Social Infrastructure Dept, provides strategic input on social infrastructure and Human Capital development, and collaborates with heads of Economic Infrastructure, Agriculture & Water Infrastructure, and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to develop the Bank s Policies & Strategies for Economic and Social Infrastructure. Provides sector guidance and technical input to Sub-Regional Hubs and Country Strategy and Cooperation teams as requested in preparation of Member Country Partnership Strategy (MCPS). Ensures high quality at entry for all Human Development & Social Infrastructure projects by having his team reviewing reports and project documents to ascertain alignment of projects with pillar strategy and recommends required changes/ improvements to be made by Regional Hub teams to new projects for compliance with pillar strategy. Ensures Provision of implementation support to Sub-Regional Hub teams on Human Development & Social Infrastructure related projects.</p><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>Collaborates with other pillars/ sectoral teams to ensure dissemination of tailored knowledge and expertise to support project implementation and thus ensures crosscutting issues such as capacity development, women s empowerment, and social/ environmental issues related to Human Development and Social Infrastructure are adequately addressed. Shares key knowledge and learning outcomes with the Knowledge. Management and Institutional Learning unit in areas related to Social Infrastructure, including the development of best practices in relation to Human Development and Social Infrastructure. Contributes to the development of key results targets and performance indicators (KPIs) related to the delivery of Economic and Social Infrastructure pillar strategy and monitors Social Infrastructure projects in conjunction with defined KPIs to assess adherence to sector policies and strategies. Contributes (in collaboration with the concerned units) to the development and improvement of the Bank s policies and processes relating to the functions of the Human Development and social infrastructure division.</p><p>Leadership Responsibilities: Inspires and coordinates the provision of development solutions, technical advisory services and guidance in matters related to Human Development and social infrastructure to IsDB organizational units. Provides motivational and inspirational leadership for the unit.</p><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>Communicates to direct reports clear performance expectations. Manages the performance and resources of the unit through delegation of responsibility, setting stretch objectives and providing regular feedback on results at a unit level, promptly addressing areas of underperformance. Monitors and assesses the skills and capabilities of the unit, and determines the actions needed to increase the unit's impact. Identify key capability gaps of teams and take actions towards bridging the gaps through capacity development and recruiting efforts. Coaches, mentors and develops direct reports and the top talent/ high potential staff. PhD in Health or Education Sciences or relevant field is preferred. Additional qualifications or certifications in Project Management like PMP would be an advantage.</p><p>Minimum 12 years of experience in the development sector, of which minimum 7 years in sectors related to Health and/or Nutrition, Education, including exposure to management of technical teams or supervisory levels. Ensure PCE equipment is maintained according to OEM requirements, company procedures, and client specifications. Conduct and support SM2/SM3 inspections, pressure testing, function testing, and certification of PCE equipment. Review equipment condition, identify potential failures, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure PCE equipment is properly prepared and certified before mobilization to the field. Support troubleshooting of PCE-related failures during field operations when required. Identify critical PCE spare parts, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure spare parts availability to support equipment reliability and operational readiness. Review spare parts requirements based on equipment condition, maintenance history, OEM recommendations, and upcoming operational requirements. Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, suppliers, and Maintenance teams to ensure critical spare parts are available on time and avoid operational delays or NPT. Maintain and regularly review the PCE critical spare parts list, including lead times, minimum/maximum stock levels, and obsolete or hard-to-source components. Verify that all inspection and maintenance activities are properly documented in the CMMS. Review inspection reports, test certificates, maintenance records, and equipment history to ensure full traceability. Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and HSE teams to maintain high equipment reliability and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and client requirements, including proper tagging, certification, and identification of equipment. Provide technical guidance and coaching to mechanics and technicians working with PCE. Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis related to PCE equipment. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce NPT, and optimize maintenance and spare parts practices. Maintain awareness of applicable industry standards and best practices related to pressure control equipment.<br>Qualifications Diploma / Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), preferably supporting Slickline / Well Intervention operations. Proven hands-on experience with inspection, maintenance, repair, pressure testing and certification of Slickline PCE. NDT Level II certification (PT/MT and/or UT as applicable). API Spec Q1 training / awareness; Internal Auditor certification would be an advantage. Good knowledge of applicable API standards, OEM requirements and pressure control equipment maintenance practices. IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control certification is highly desirable. OEM training/certification on Slickline PCE would be an advantage. Experience with SM2/SM3 inspection and certification requirements. Previous experience in Oil & Gas service companies / well intervention environments preferred. Ability to interpret OEM manuals, drawings, maintenance procedures, inspection criteria and test certificates. Knowledge of equipment certification, tagging and traceability requirements. Strong understanding of failure mechanisms, equipment integrity and preventive/predictive maintenance. Experience conducting failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Good understanding of critical spare parts management, including min/max levels, lead times, reorder requirements and obsolete components. Redefine the future of wellness.<br>JOB PURPOSEThe Security, Compliance, and Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of resort security, safety, compliance, risk management, and logistics operations of Jayasom’s fleets. The role ensures a secure, compliant, and highly efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and assets. This position upholds the wellness mission of Jayasom Amaala by maintaining the highest levels of operational governance, emergency readiness, and guest privacy while ensuring smooth and effective logistical support across the resort.<br>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all resort security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and physical assets. Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, RSG standards, internal corporate policies, and international hospitality requirements. Develop, implement, and continuously improve security, risk, and compliance programs. Manage logistics operations of all Jayasom vehicles including receiving, storage, fleet coordination, maintenance, distribution. Conduct regular audits of vehicles for condition. Manage logistics of staff transportation within Amaala and coordination of trips outside Amaala. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, local law enforcement, Civil Defense, and regulatory authorities. Maintain accurate documentation for security incidents, compliance reports, and logistics KPIs. Collaborate with all departments to support operational needs and overall guest experience.<br>PEOPLE MANAGEMENTLead, train, and mentor the Security, ERT, Fire Brigade, and Logistics teams. Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance. Conduct ongoing training covering emergency response, security protocols, guest interaction, and compliance. Perform performance reviews and support development plans for team members. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and service-driven professionalism. Conduct all training for safety, security, risk management and compliance. Oversee third party security team, ensuring they are compliant to our standards and expectations.<br>KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day-to-day security operations, including CCTV monitoring, patrols, access control, and incident response. Respond promptly to guest concerns, security issues, and emergencies. Conduct daily patrol inspections and follow up on incident investigations. Ensure security systems—including alarms, access control, and surveillance are fully functional and compliant. Implement fire safety protocols and coordinate closely with Civil Defense. Oversee the full Lost & Found process according to Jayasom and RSG standards. Ensure all found items are accurately logged, documented, tagged, and securely stored. Maintain chain-of-custody procedures to protect guest privacy and prevent misuse. Ensure timely follow-up and safe return of items to owners. Train staff in correct Lost & Found handling procedures. Oversee the placement, stocking, and maintenance of all First Aid kits across the resort. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with the Wellness Clinic to maintain up-to-date emergency medical procedures. Train team members in First Aid and CPR aligned with recognized certification standards. Lead and train the resort’s Fire Brigade Team, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational qualifications. Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation exercises, and equipment training. Ensure all firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarms) is tested and compliant. Oversee fire safety documentation and ensure corrective actions for any gaps. Ensure full compliance with resort SOPs, safety protocols, labor regulations, and RSG governance frameworks. Conduct compliance audits, internal inspections, safety walkthroughs, and risk assessments. Maintain updated SOPs for security, safety, emergency response, and logistics. Support internal and external audits, certification processes, and legal compliance reviews. Maintain and report KPIs related to incidents, safety, compliance, and operational performance. Manage the full fleet of Jayasom vehicles – on site and in the village. Ensure vehicles are accounted for, controlled and maintained. Coordinate with Procurement, Facilities, Culinary, and housekeeping departments for smooth delivery processes. Oversee staff transportation schedules to and from Amaala village and other destinations. Lead the resort’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) and ensure readiness for all emergency situations. Develop and maintain crisis management procedures, communication protocols, and emergency action plans. Conduct mandatory training and simulation drills for security and operational teams. Ensure all emergency equipment is available, tested, and properly documented. Continuously evaluate emergency response effectiveness and make procedural improvements.<br>JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. Professional certifications preferred:Security Management Safety/Fire Protection (OSHA)<br>Work Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or compliance management, preferably in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or high-profile environments. Experience in logistics coordination and risk management operations. Previous experience in the Middle East or large-scale resort projects is a strong advantage.<br>Knowledge:Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency preparedness, and fire safety systems.<br>Knowledge of RSG, Saudi national regulations, and international hospitality compliance standards. Logistics management principles including inventory, fleet, and supply handling. Proficiency in incident reporting, audits, and risk assessment methodologies.
