This role involves actively finding opportunities, visiting clients and project sites, building relationships with decision-makers, and managing sales from initial contact through to order confirmation.<br>Products and solutions Fabric and conventional ducting systems. Chillers and chilled-water systems. Packaged air-conditioning units and other HVAC equipment. Ventilation and air-distribution systems. Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. Associated supply, installation, and system-upgrade solutions.<br>Key responsibilities Identify new projects, facility expansions, refurbishment works, and HVAC replacement opportunities within the private sector. Conduct regular visits to industrial cities, warehouses, factories, construction sites, and prospective clients throughout Saudi Arabia. Build relationships with facility owners, developers, industrial operators, consultants, main contractors, and MEP contractors. Engage clients early to understand their requirements, project budgets, procurement schedules, and decision-making processes. Obtain drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and bills of quantities needed to prepare suitable offers. Coordinate with MAVEX’s technical team and suppliers to develop proposals that meet project requirements. Present solutions, explain technical and commercial advantages, negotiate terms within approved limits, and follow up through to purchase order or contract award. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including opportunity values, project stages, expected closing dates, and next actions. Achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets while supporting payment follow-up and a clear handover to the execution team. Report market feedback, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand MAVEX’s business.<br>Candidate requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience in HVAC project sales in Saudi Arabia, preferably involving industrial facilities, warehouses, or logistics developments. Working technical knowledge of ducting, chillers, packaged units, ventilation, and HVAC controls. Ability to read HVAC drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and bills of quantities. An actual demonstrated sales track record to showcase the ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. A valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom. Good command of English; Arabic communication skills are an advantage. Proficiency in preparing commercial offers and maintaining sales records using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.<br>An established network within Saudi Arabia’s industrial, warehousing, construction, or MEP sectors will be a strong advantage. Experience selling fabric ducting or complete HVAC solutions is particularly relevant.
