General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for the projects. Main Roles and Responsibilities:Implement and maintain the Low current systems (CCTV, Access control system, Fire Alarm, Public address system, intrusion alarm system , AV solutions, etc.) in addition to the network components. Conduct the site surveys of the low current systems and provide a full result (Passive & Active) for the low current systems and the network solutions also conducting the required designs (Visio & CAD). Conduct the POCs of the low current systems. Involve in the tender stage and prepare the compliance documents and the technical submittals. Job Purpose Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes for hospitality fit out works, ensuring all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and applicable codes.<br>Key Responsibilities Monitor and inspect fit-out works including architectural finishes, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, doors, and other interior works. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals. Conduct inspections and ensure works are completed in accordance with approved standards and project requirements. Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), checklists, and QA/QC documentation. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve quality issues. Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Monitor material quality and ensure only approved materials are incorporated into the project. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits for fit-out activities. Ensure proper testing, inspection, and documentation of completed works. Review and maintain project quality records and assist in preparing the final QA/QC handover documentation. Support snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure timely closure of quality observations. Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and applicable international/local standards.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of QA/QC experience, preferably with major hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury fit-out projects. Strong experience in architectural/interior fit-out works. Good knowledge of construction specifications, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and quality documentation. Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and main contractors. Knowledge of relevant international standards and construction quality requirements. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is preferred. Ability to work on large-scale and fast-track hospitality projects.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in contracts management Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law . Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management administration as well as (sub) contract formation and administration, execution office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project.
