Location Riyadh, 10 hrs per day, 6 days per week

Responsibilities

Mark up isometric drawings and issue them to subcontractors for construction execution. Manage spooling activities, including revisions of isometrics and preparation of as-built documentation. Review and approve subcontractor deliverables such as as-built drawings, method statements, material authorization requests, and test packages. Prepare and manage technical documentation, including:
P&ID and CLL modifications Rerouting of critical lines Technical queries, deviation requests, and golden joint approvals
Coordinate with clients, operations, and internal departments to resolve engineering and site-related issues. Support closure of engineering punch lists, test package comments, and PSSR items related to piping layout and interfaces. Tie-in Planning & Execution Coordinate with clients on tie-in schedules and execution strategies. Identify tie-in locations, including draining, venting, and blinding points, in collaboration with the operations team. Verify constructability of IFC drawings and tie-in packages against actual site conditions. Plan and execute tie-in works within tight shutdown or operational constraints. Prepare and obtain approvals for HSE requirements (e.g., firewater isolation, impairment forms, road closures). Prepare waiver requests for service tests or golden joints when required.
Material & Site Management Monitor material availability and raise field purchase requests for additional requirements. Address and resolve site queries raised by supervision and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and project requirements.
