Own payment/ATM switch operations, transaction routing, connectivity and performance. Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability and timely resolution of critical incidents. Lead incident, problem and change management, including RCA and permanent fixes. Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations teams. Manage technology vendors, SLAs, escalations and service reviews. Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and migrations. Ensure compliance with Bank security, audit, DR and regulatory requirements. Drive automation, proactive monitoring and continuous improvement. Required Experience Years of IT experience, preferably in banking/payments. Strong experience in ATM, payment switch and self-service channels. Good understanding of card transactions, authorization, reversals, timeouts and reconciliation. Experience in production support, ITIL processes and vendor management. Familiarity with the Saudi procurement landscape including RFP-driven sales cycles. Arabic language skills preferred; English communication is also essential.
