The candidate must be a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 15+ years of traffic engineering, transport planning and traffic modelling experience in the Middle East. Your role This role requires contributing to a variety of transport planning studies including large scale transport master plan assessments, traffic impact studies or multi-disciplinary planning projects in the public and private sectors. Understanding of transport planning, traffic engineering and travel demand theory. Project experience in the Middle East and familiarity with local transport planning standards and practices. Practical understanding of the role and importance of transport planning in development access and citywide mobility plans.
