<li >Establish standard templates and controls for technical requisitions, OEM/vendor information, long-lead visibility, warranty support, and supplier-performance reporting, supporting portfolio vendor strategies with corporate stakeholders.</li>
<li >Manage Central Warehouse receiving operations, encompassing physical and documentary verification, quantity and condition checks, discrepancy recording and escalation, system receipt and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, appropriate storage, preservation, traceability, and stock visibility.</li>
<li >Review complex implementation and portfolio data through periodic functional governance assessments, report systemic risks affecting availability, maintainability, or cost, and initiate corrective actions based on audits and observations.</li>
<li >Establish and maintain the corporate framework for role-, asset-, and task-based competency requirements, training pathways, assessment evidence, authorization levels, and renewal criteria.</li>
<li >Own the corporate competency framework, tracker methodology, and consolidated portfolio competency view, maintaining a clear distinction between training attendance and assessed competence.</li>
<li >Define minimum templates and records for training, assessment, refresher activities, mentoring, and OEM knowledge transfer in coordination with Learning & Development and approved providers.</li>
<li >Monitor framework implementation and competency-data quality using governance reviews, performance trends, incidents, audit findings, and OEM recommendations to identify gaps, expiries, and capability risks.</li>
<li >Define and initiate actions such as new or revised training materials, toolbox talks, refresher or remedial training, competency reassessment, or updated requirements, tracking implementation and effectiveness through responsible Complex Technical Managers.</li>
<li >Develop and maintain the corporate technical document-control framework, covering ownership, review, approval, revision, access, distribution, retention, supersession, and handover.</li>
<li >Define standard technical-file requirements, registers, naming conventions, attributes, metadata, taxonomies, and EDMS or shared-drive structures for attraction technical information and records.</li>
<li >Define, in coordination with Asset Management and EAM/CMMS/IT system owners, asset-information requirements, including classification, master data, tagging, and links between assets, maintenance plans, documents, spare parts, tools, and competency requirements within EAM/CMMS/ERP systems.</li>
