commitment to deadlines on parallel projects.<br>Preferred Certifications• PMP or equivalent; data center certifications (CDCP / CDCS); vendor certifications (Cisco, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Honeywell, Hikvision) are an advantage.<br>------------------------------<br>الوصف الوظيفي — مدير مشاريع (Project Manager) — ICT & MEP<br>المسمى الوظيفي: مدير مشاريعالقسم: إدارة المشاريع والتنفيذالموقع: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعوديةنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل — حضوري<br>نبذة عن الدوريتولى مدير المشاريع القيادة الكاملة لمشاريع الشركة من التخطيط والتصميم حتى التسليم والتشغيل والصيانة، في مجالات البنية التحتية للشبكات، والأمن الفعلي، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)، والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية (MEP)، ومشاريع مراكز البيانات بكامل مكوناتها — السلبية (Passive) والنشطة (Active) والبرمجيات (DCIM، المراقبة). يقود فرقاً كبيرة متعددة التخصصات ومقاولين وموردين، وفق المعايير العالمية وضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني والجودة.<br>المهام والمسؤوليات<br>التخطيط والتصميم• إعداد خطة المشروع الشاملة (النطاق، الجدول، الميزانية، الموارد، المخاطر) ومراجعة التصاميم والمخططات التنفيذية مع الاستشاريين وفق المعايير العالمية (TIA-942، Uptime Institute، ASHRAE، NFPA) ومتطلبات العميل.• المشاركة في مراجعة واختيار عروض المقاولين والموردين مع فرق المشتريات وما قبل البيع، وتحديد متطلبات الأنظمة والبرمجيات (DCIM، BMS، المراقبة) منذ التصميم.<br>البنية التحتية للشبكات• الإشراف على الكابلات المهيكلة (نحاس وألياف) والمسارات وغرف الاتصالات، وإدارة تركيب وتهيئة المكونات النشطة (سويتشات، راوترات، جدران نارية، شبكات لاسلكية، اتصالات موحدة) مع الفرق المتخصصة.<br>الأمن الفعلي والأنظمة الخفيفة (ELV)• الإشراف على أنظمة المراقبة (CCTV) والتحكم في الدخول وكشف التسلل، وأنظمة كشف وإطفاء الحريق والإخلاء الصوتي وفق متطلبات الدفاع المدني.<br>أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)• إدارة تنفيذ وتكامل أنظمة BMS مع التكييف والإنارة والطاقة والأنظمة الأمنية لتعمل كمنظومة واحدة قابلة للمراقبة المركزية.<br>الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية (MEP)• الإشراف على الأعمال الكهربائية (لوحات، إنارة، قوى، تأريض، جهد منخفض) والميكانيكية (HVAC، مكافحة الحريق، السباكة) وتكاملها مع الأنظمة التقنية، والتنسيق بين المخططات لتجنب التعارضات (Clash Coordination).<br>مشاريع مراكز البيانات (من التخطيط حتى التشغيل)• إدارة مشاريع بناء وتجهيز مراكز البيانات بمختلف فئاتها (Tier) من التصميم حتى التشغيل.• الإشراف على البنية السلبية: الأعمال المدنية (الأرضيات المرفوعة، العزل)، الطاقة (UPS، مولدات، ATS)، التبريد الدقيق (CRAC/CRAH، الممرات)، الحوامل والكابلات؛ والمكونات النشطة: الخوادم والتخزين ومعدات الشبكات والحماية.• إدارة أنظمة DCIM والمراقبة البيئية، وضمان تكامل جميع المكونات (Passive + Active + Software) كمنظومة واحدة قبل التسليم.<br>الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم• إدارة الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي لجميع الأنظمة بما فيها اختبارات الأحمال والتكامل، وإعداد وثائق التسليم (As-Built، الأدلة، الشهادات، الضمانات)، وإدارة التسليم النهائي وتدريب فرق العميل.<br>التشغيل والصيانة• الإشراف على التشغيل الأولي وفترة الضمان حتى إغلاق الملاحظات، وإعداد خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لعقود التشغيل والصيانة، ومتابعة SLA وتقارير الجاهزية.<br>إدارة الفرق والمقاولين• قيادة فرق كبيرة متعددة التخصصات (مدنية، كهربائية، ميكانيكية، شبكات، أنظمة) داخلياً وعبر المقاولين، ومتابعة التزام الموردين بالنطاق والجودة والجداول والمستخلصات.• التواصل المستمر مع العميل والاستشاري، وإدارة التغييرات والمطالبات والمخاطر، وضمان الالتزام بالسلامة (HSE).<br>المؤهلات والخبرة• بكالوريوس هندسة (كهربائية، ميكانيكية، اتصالات، حاسب) أو تخصص ذي صلة.• خبرة 7 سنوات فأكثر في إدارة المشاريع، منها 3 سنوات في مشاريع ICT أو ELV أو مراكز البيانات أو البنية الحرجة.• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع متكاملة تجمع الأعمال المدنية وMEP والأنظمة التقنية، وقيادة فرق كبيرة ومقاولين في مشاريع متوازية.• الخبرة في المناقصات الحكومية ومنصة اعتماد ميزة إضافية.<br>المهارات والكفاءات• معرفة عميقة بالشبكات والأمن الفعلي وBMS ومعايير مراكز البيانات (TIA-942، Uptime Institute، ASHRAE)، وفهم شامل لأعمال MEP والطاقة والتبريد والحماية.• إلمام بأنظمة DCIM وBMS والمراقبة، وإتقان Primavera P6 أو MS Project وMicrosoft Office، وAuto CAD ميزة إضافية.• مهارات قيادة وتفاوض واتخاذ قرار تحت الضغط، وإعداد التقارير بالعربية والإنجليزية، والالتزام بالمواعيد في مشاريع متوازية.<br>الشهادات المفضلة• PMP أو ما يعادلها؛ شهادات مراكز البيانات (CDCP / CDCS)؛ شهادات الموردين (Cisco، Schneider Electric، Vertiv، Honeywell، Hikvision) ميزة إضافية.
