<p>The Civil Estimation Department Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the estimation and tendering function, ensuring the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially viable cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, building, and industrial projects. He will oversee tender reviews, quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, subcontractor and supplier quotations, value engineering, risk assessment, and final bid submissions while ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
