Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions, estimate development effort, conduct peer reviews, troubleshoot defects, and implement sustainable fixes. Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, databases, file-based interfaces, enterprise content repositories, workflow platforms, and business applications. Integrate document-processing capabilities with enterprise platforms such as IBM File Net P8 and IBM Content Navigator where applicable. Manage metadata mapping, database lookups, document and metadata exports, API data exchange, retries, error handling, audit logging, and exception management. Develop and maintain custom components using C#, . NET, Java, Java Script, SQL, XML, REST, and SOAP, with particular emphasis on C#/. NET for custom Datacap actions and extensions. Support secure enterprise and federal environments, including practices related to NIST, FISMA, IAM/RBAC, audit logging, vulnerability remediation, application security, PII protection, and configuration management. Contribute to source control, CI/CD, automated deployments, release management, environment configuration, monitoring, incident management, and Dev Sec Ops practices. <br><br>Requirements<br><br>5+ years of hands-on IBM Datacap experience, including strong experience with IBM Datacap 9.x/9.1.x. Strong Datacap Studio development experience, along with hands-on Rulerunner administration and development. Proven experience developing Datacap rulesets, workflows, tasks, actions, and other custom processing components. Strong understanding of document capture and intelligent document processing, including OCR, classification, extraction, validation, verification, and image processing. Enterprise-level Datacap administration experience across multiple environments, with strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
