<p><strong>Job title :</strong></p><p>Project Site Executive Director</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job description :</strong></p><p>Full leadership of field and operational activities at the project site, ensuring delivery of work to the highest quality standards, within the approved budget and defined schedule, while effectively managing relationships among all project stakeholders (owner, consultant, and contractors).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key tasks and responsibilities :</strong></p><p>Execute all site works and ensure they progress according to the approved schedule and plan.</p><p>Direct the technical and administrative teams on site.</p><p>Organize management among the owner, consultant, and subcontractors to ensure clarity of roles and efficient execution of work.</p><p>&nbsp;Organize and monitor regular site meetings and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.</p><p>Ensure application of approved quality standards at all stages of execution.</p><p>Implement occupational safety systems and comply with industrial safety instructions on site.</p><p>&nbsp;supervise financial disbursements of the project and ensure adherence to the approved budget.</p><p>Follow up on procurement requests and site expenditures after verifying their actual need.</p><p>Approve execution drawings and schedule implementation priorities according to project requirements.</p><p>Manage technical issues in coordination with the specialized engineers and the technical office.</p><p>Assess the performance of employees and supervisors and evaluate them periodically.</p><p>Supervise overall site discipline and adherence to working hours and company policies.</p><p>Provide comprehensive reports on progress, achievement rates, challenges, and proposed solutions.</p><p>Work on recommendations to senior management regarding any modifications or decisions affecting project progress.</p>
