<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong></p><br><p>As a Site Manager, you will lead the on-site team, drive sales performance, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage day-to-day operations at a fast-paced entertainment complex.</p><br><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><br><ul><li><p>Lead, coach, and supervise Guest Associates at site level.</p></li><li><p>Drive sales, conversion, upsell, and revenue targets.</p></li><li><p>Ensure strong guest experience and service recovery.</p></li><li><p>Manage daily site operations, staffing, and shift execution.</p></li><li><p>Oversee POS, imaging systems, kiosks, inventory, and cash handling.</p></li><li><p>Prepare performance reports and coordinate with internal and venue stakeholders.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ol><li><p>3–5 years of experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, guest experience, or photo operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing teams of 10–50 staff.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial mindset with proven sales achievement.</p></li><li><p>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.</p></li><li><p>Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.</p></li><li><p>Fluent Arabic required; English communication preferred.</p></li></ol><br><p>We are hiring experienced Site Managers to lead guest imaging operations across entertainment complex locations in Saudi Arabia. </p><br><p>Locations: Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, Madinah, Riyadh </p><p>Employment Type: 12 month Contract </p><p>ON TASC Payroll.</p><p>Working Days: 6 days per week </p><p>Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotational schedule </p><p>Language Requirement: Arabic required, English preferred </p><p>Nationality: Saudi Nationals preferred</p><br><p></p></section>
