Job Purpose:<br>The Demand Manager – Testing & Quality Engineering is responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, and service adoption across the Testing & Quality Engineering practice. The role combines strong Testing and Quality Engineering expertise with business development, solutioning, demand generation, customer relationship management, and delivery oversight responsibilities. This role oversees financial reporting, project financing, cash flow management, investor relations, and regulatory compliance, while providing strategic guidance to executive leadership on acquisitions, developments, and capital structure.<br>Reporting Line Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Direct reports: Finance Managers, Accountants, Financial Analysts, AP/AR teams<br>Key Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with business objectives Advise the CFO and executive team on financial implications of acquisitions, developments, disposals, and joint ventures Lead financial modeling and feasibility analysis for real estate projects and investments<br>Financial Planning & Analysis Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Monitor project profitability, ROI, IRR, and cash flow across the portfolio Analyze market trends, financing costs, and capital allocation opportunities<br>Reporting & Controls Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAPEstablish and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial governance Manage consolidation across multiple entities and special-purpose vehicles (SPVs)<br>Compliance & Risk Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, VAT/Zakat, and statutory requirements Manage audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors and regulators Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks<br>Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Drive process improvement and finance system/ERP optimization<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior/leadership role Strong background in real estate, construction, or property investment finance Deep knowledge of real estate financial modeling, project finance, and IFRSExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Yardi, or similar)<br>Key Skills Strategic financial leadership and commercial acumen Real estate valuation, feasibility, and investment analysis Strong negotiation and stakeholder management Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Attention to detail and high level of integrity
