The role ensures operational costs, shared services, and common infrastructure expenses are accurately allocated and recoverable where applicable. Acting as the custodian of the service charge model, it provides governance and assurance over cost recovery processes and financial assumptions. The successful candidate will provide strategic project controls leadership, supporting project management and client decision-making through accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
