SUMMARYEnsuring the technical coordination of the projects between Sales, Project Management and the Customer is effectively communicated to meet all contractual requirements.<br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the project manager or lead as required for submission and getting approval of samples, GAD, materials submittal, Document submittals & etc. from consultant. Establish effective communication with the source factory’s regarding design approvals, technical submissions and delivery and material issues. Manage and control of the Projects of the web-based document systems, downloading and uploading of income drawings and outgoing drawing including documents and variations to the contract. Maintaining the log for all the submittal to track the approval and occurrence of delays Assisting the Senior Project Manager in ensuring the projects deliverables are delivered. To achieve successful results, pro-actively interacts on an ongoing basis with the sales, design, installation and technical departments Monitor the total physical and financial performance of all assigned projects in relation to the contracted requirements. Liaise with finance team to raise invoice as per contract and follow up for the payment. Ensure timely and successful handover of each lift to the client. Comply with all TKE Company & HSE policy & procedures. Claim any missing, damages parts & etc. to factory. Support project quality requirements from installation metrics, warranties and punch-list ensuring work meets installation requirements.
