ASE is looking for a motivated Technical Project Coordinator to support cybersecurity and technology projects by coordinating project activities, vendor engagement, procurement, and customer communications. Responsibilities Coordinate cybersecurity and technology projects from initiation to delivery. Engage with local and international vendors, distributors, and suppliers. Source products, obtain quotations, and track procurement activities. Follow up on project milestones, deliverables, and action items. Coordinate between customers, technical teams, and vendors. Maintain project documentation, reports, and inventory records. Support licensing, renewals, and technology sourcing activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and software licensing. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Preferred Qualifications Experience with technology vendors, distributors, or system integrators. Familiarity with project coordination, procurement, or vendor management. CAPM, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
