<p>This role main purpose is to manage Network Development Portfolio and corporate projects that generates revenue as per the strategic directions. New openings program management (Pharmacies, Health Providers, Polyclinics, regional expansion, acquisitions) , Space Opt. Program (expansion, reduction of existing pharmacies), refreshment Program management, to ensure accurate and timely implementation of projects to ensure best utilization of Nahdi resources. Accountabilities Projects Management: Verify and approve the design of the projects setup through monitoring per project to ensure timely and accurate implementation of the Network Development Projects. Manage the assigned organizational Network Portfolios, Programs, and Projects as per the aligned strategic objectives. Develop the New openings, refreshment Plan and monitor the network Expansion net balance (Count and Revenue) within the same year through monitoring new opening sales performance and lost sales from the closed pharmacies to achieve the strategic net balance. Develop and communicate the network development plans (net revenue and counts) & Manage network part in SOP. Manage the Health providers expansion project plans as communicated from the business development Operation Excellence. Manage Polyclinics Projects as communicated from Omni health department. Developing the Projects management plans through collecting the requirements from the projects stakeholders and sequencing the projects activities, monitor and control their execution to ensure on time deliverables within the agreed quality. Develop Portfolio, program, projects management plans and their related communication management plans, Develop the Projects Dashboards and reports to track the projects progress. Deliver the projects on-time and as per the agreed quality standards through the communication with the concerned stakeholders (as the operations, decoration, manpower planning etc) distributing the Department related tasks and issue periodic tasks progress reports to ensure meeting the deadlines, to ensure the communication of the assignments and identify the variance between the progress and the assignments. Develop the seeding plan based on the projects maturity, status and priorities to ensure the completion of the projects implementation. Use proper project management tools/platforms to ensure proper visibility, assignment, governance and measurement/reporting of projects, while providing training to end users Operations: Ensure the compliance of the indexing, updating and archiving of the Network Development projects with the set acceptance criteria through conducting random checks. Conduct presentations and workshops for the concerned stakeholders in order to present the deadlines compliance and to identify the variance between the progress and the assignments. Stores Data: Ensure the accuracy of the stores data on the Business Intelligence system through conducting random checks to ensure that the system is updated and accurate to support the decision-making process. Develop and maintain the pharmacies MOH numbering system as per country administrative regions. Collaboration: Contribute with all projects stakeholders & Operations Excellence team and the Area Sales Managers as subject matter expert in order to set the sales targets of the new stores. Pharmacists Management within first year of opening: Revise & approve the training sessions materials for pharmacists assigned to new pharmacies to ensure the alignment of the training sessions with the company operations, requirements and updates. Follow-up with the concerned stakeholders to resolve any escalated obstacles faced by the pharmacists Availability & quality - to ensure timely opening. Department Management: Manage the performance of the team through providing performance feedback and conversations, coaching, on job training, KPIs review etc to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs and objectives. Develop and update the Service level Agreements (SLAs) through the communication with the concerned stakeholders to ensure the alignment with the Department processes.
