As we expand our presence, we are looking for a CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship strategy and strengthen customer engagement across all touchpoints.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and execute the company’s CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. Design and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Whats App, Push Notifications, and Mobile App. Build customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data. Plan, launch, and monitor CRM campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights, providing actionable recommendations. Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Digital, and Data teams to deliver personalized customer experiences. Manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Monitor key CRM KPIs such as retention rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, and campaign ROI. Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management, or Loyalty. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Hub Spot, Emarsys, or similar. Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to drive business decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The Senior Project Manager in construction operations leads and manages complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, schedule, and budget requirements. They coordinate between stakeholders, oversee project teams, and address any issues to ensure successful project delivery. Their role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.<br>Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring expenses are managed effectively and any deviations are addressed promptly. Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion. Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and complies with project specifications and building codes. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing impacts on the project’s scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee contract management, including negotiation, execution, and compliance, and address any contract-related issues. Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the company's finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and full compliance with Saudi regulations. You will also lead a small accounting team and work closely with senior leadership to support business performance and decision-making.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Produce timely and accurate management accounts and financial reports. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity. Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury activities. Monitor receivables, collections and payment approvals. Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA and all statutory reporting requirements. Prepare financial information for auditors and regulatory authorities. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Maintain strong internal controls and governance processes. Lead, coach and develop the finance team. Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial insight. Support ad-hoc finance and operational projects.<br>About You You'll be an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness and excellent leadership skills.<br>Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, CIMA preferred. Strong understanding of Saudi accounting regulations, VAT and ZATCA requirements. Experience across financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and working capital management. Previous experience managing audits and statutory reporting. Advanced Excel skills. ERP experience (SAP preferred). Experience working within an international or multinational organisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
