JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:To supervise the activities of transformation and modernization of the new core banking in the bank in terms of Program Management and Project Management, To act as a focal point for the new Core Banking program and interact with all other stakeholders and support teams whenever necessary. To be in charge in implementing new Core Banking modernization by managing all related activities i.e. Business Processes re-engineering, Functional and Technical requirements and any activities that might impact surrounding systems for the existing/new core banking systems in accordance with the bank’s target architecture, strategy and objectives. To develop the Program charter considering the bank's governance policies and procedures. To develop the Program governance and project plans in accordance with Riyad Bank’s policies and procedures To manage the Program budget and to monitor the expenditure effectively To monitor and oversee the project situation and will propose the required resources to be onboarded based on each project phase and progress.
