<li>Ensures regulatory, quality and hygiene standards are maintained within the department and that necessary documentation is completed.</li>
<li>Assists with the management of departmental health & safety compliance and with implementation of corrective actions.</li>
<li>Facilitate problem-solving sessions to rectify production issues.</li>
<li>Manages training needs and staff performance within area of responsibility.</li>
