IE University's <strong>Corporate Relations </strong>is looking for a <strong>Program Coordinator, Riyadh Office </strong>to join its team! <p>The <strong>Program Coordinator</strong> is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to IE’s Corporate Masters . This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; implementing guidelines and policies; supporting program logistics and operations and supporting faculty members to ensure a world-class Corporate Masters experience for our corporate students <strong>in Riyadh</strong>. </p><br> <p>Reports to the Corporate Masters Directors and oversees the work of other Corporate Programs Assistants when required. <strong>Your role as a Senior Program Coordinator will involve:</strong> <p><strong>Interaction with Students: </strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Meet with corporate students in order to solve issues, offer advice, and/or give support with empathy, sensitivity and a professional customer-oriented approach, on a daily basis. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Co-manage the relationship with class representatives together with other team members </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support corporate students facing academic difficulties or overall challenges within the programs </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage (written and oral) communications with corporate students, including all written regular communications and information points; presentations and information sessions; etc. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Using corporate student feedback, identify ways to improve their experience with IE. </li>
</ul> <p><strong>Interaction with Professors and other departments: </strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with professors to communicate specific corporate student or group situations, request feedback, ensure timely submission of grades, syllabi, etc. and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with other IE Departments – such as the Admissions Department, Marketing Department, Planning, Documentation, Student Services, Student Life, Registrar’s Office, Maintenance Dept., International Mobility Office, etc. – in order to ensure a successful student experience. </li>
</ul> <p><strong>Internal Development: </strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Offer support with the delivery of the Corporate Masters. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Attend to all administrative and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the department. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist participants and faculty before, during and after the program. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Offer support to program managers/ admissions with sales related duties: </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Represent IE at promotional events (master classes, fairs, etc.). </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Attend to all administrative duties to ensure a smooth running of the commercial activities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participation in the management of onboarding processes, as well as daily interaction with participants and faculty; </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Representing IE XL in face-to-face events on campus and outside; </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Daily commercial activity and attention to participants; </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Helping with event organization. Take responsibility for corporate special program components, areas, initiatives and projects. </li>

Qualifications
<strong>To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:</strong> <ul>
<li>A Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English and, Spanish (written and oral).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>International experience is strongly preferred. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong project management capabilities. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability. </li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation, are essential. </li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus. </li>

Core Activities Generate and maintain patient registries, care-gap lists, and high-risk population reports to support Population Health Management (PHM) programs.
