In this role you will be responsible for reviewing the invoice for completeness, accuracy, legibility, compliance with contract documents and subsequent coordination / approval with Site office including discipline engineers, Authorize Representative and Section Managers. Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
