HVAC Technician – Facilities Management / Building Maintenance We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities. This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. Respond quickly to maintenance calls and resolve issues within required time. Identify required spare parts and support spare parts requests. Support testing and commissioning activities when applicable. Maintain basic maintenance records, registers, and reports. Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, isolation, risk assessment, and work permit procedures. Support supervisors and engineers in planning and completing maintenance tasks. Ensure work is completed according to project SLA and quality standard<br>s.<br>Requirements Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field.
