Using Oracle Aconex as the primary platform, this role ensures that all operation manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and maintenance procedures are accurately registered and easily accessible. This position is vital for a smooth "handover" process as newly built properties transition from construction into live city operations.</p><p>What you'll be doing:</p><ul><li><strong>Aconex System Administration & Data Entry</strong> Register, log, and classify incoming drawings, operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and technical documents within Oracle Aconex . Ensure all files strictly follow established naming rules, metadata fields, and numbering systems. Distribute documents to the correct asset directors and technical teams using automated Aconex workflows and transmittals.
