<p>We are seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to join the Unconventional Resources Drilling Department (URDD). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of land drilling and workover rigs performing programmed activities on deep or critical wells, including wells ranging from approximately 18,000 to 23,000 feet . The Drilling Rig Foreman will ensure that all drilling and workover activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company requirements, Saudi Aramco safety standards, applicable procedures, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily drilling and workover rig operations. Ensure all rig personnel, contractors, and service providers comply with Saudi Aramco safety standards and requirements. Monitor and supervise all operations performed on the well site. Ensure drilling and workover activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved programs and procedures. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the drilling/workover contractor. Administer and monitor contractor compliance with all contractual requirements. Coordinate the delivery of well materials, equipment, and other required resources to ensure availability when needed. <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Track key metrics including fleet utilization, cost per kilometer, idle time, and empty mileage.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules based on mileage and manufacturer recommendations.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor tire performance, oil changes, filters, and other maintenance requirements to minimize unplanned downtime.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and reliability.</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure all fleet documentation remains valid, including vehicle registrations, insurance, MVPI certificates, operating cards, and driver licenses.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Generate transport documentation through the <strong style="font-weight:700;">Naql Platform</strong> and monitor cargo manifests using the <strong style="font-weight:700;">Bayan System</strong>.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Maintain accurate records for fuel invoices, maintenance records, weighbridge tickets, and fleet operational reports.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering fleet performance, utilization, costs, maintenance, and operational issues.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor and report on fleet performance against established KPIs such as Fleet Utilization Rate, Average Fuel Consumption, Cost per Kilometer, On-Time Delivery Performance, Empty Kilometer Percentage, Preventive Maintenance Compliance, Vehicle Downtime, Driver Safety Performance, Accident & Traffic Violation Rate (with a target of Zero Major Accidents), Driver Productivity, and Operational Cost Reduction.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce operating costs.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Prepare management reports on fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, on-time delivery, maintenance performance, driver performance, and cost analysis.</li>
