Create and implement effective action plans for lead generation, prospecting and campaigns, working closely with Marketing where appropriate. Coordinate and execute local marketing initiatives, seminars and client events in support of the business development strategy. Maintain accurate, complete and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities and client interactions within the CRM system and other required tools. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals; support and coordinate proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses and contract renewals. Uphold and promote adherence to Aon policies, procedures, compliance requirements and ethical standards in all client and internal interactions. Coordinate closely with the Riyadh Branch Manager and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, handover and ongoing service delivery.<br>Required Skills and Competencies Strong business development and sales planning capabilities, with a focus on new business acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders. Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience in market research and competitive analysis. Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, within the insurance broking, risk advisory, financial services or professional services sectors. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
