Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms. Develop B2B demand-generation campaigns targeting corporate, government, education, and nonprofit sectors. Build and optimize customer-acquisition funnels, landing pages, lead-generation campaigns, and lead-nurturing journeys. Work closely with business development and sales teams to convert marketing leads into qualified business opportunities. Manage advertising budgets and continuously improve campaign performance based on data and business priorities. Monitor key performance indicators, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-generated pipeline. Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages. Oversee tracking tools, advertising pixels, attribution, and analytics across all digital platforms. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand positioning across the group. Prepare performance dashboards, management reports, and actionable recommendations. Coordinate with agencies, designers, content creators, and external marketing partners when required. Qualifications and Experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including proven experience in both Performance Marketing and B2B Marketing. Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads, sales opportunities, and measurable returns through digital campaigns. Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, marketing dashboards, and campaign attribution. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, lead scoring, and sales-funnel management. Strong analytical, budgeting, reporting, and campaign-optimization skills. Excellent Arabic communication and copywriting skills, with good professional proficiency in English. Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and its digital audiences. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Candidates must be based in Cairo and available to work full-time from the company’s office.
