COST CONTROL MANAGER Experience: 6 to 10 Years in core Job profile Location: KSA Projects<br>Experience Experienced in managing and controlling project costs for industrial construction projects at subcontractor level, particularly projects executed using the company’s own manpower, equipment, materials, and resources. The role shall be competent to ensure effective budget control, cost forecasting, productivity monitoring, and project profitability.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project budgets, cost codes, and Cost Breakdown Structure . Monitor actual, committed, and forecast costs against approved budgets. Prepare monthly Cost Reports, CTC, cash-flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
