The role is critical to producing skilled welders capable of performing precision work in defense manufacturing and aircraft structural repair. The instructor ensures all training strictly adheres to international aerospace and military welding standards, contributing directly to the structural integrity and operational readiness of defense assets.<br>Job Accountabilities Deliver comprehensive hands-on training on industrial welding techniques Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and FCAW with emphasis on defense manufacturing and aircraft structural repair applications. Conduct rigorous practical examinations and assess trainee competencies in accordance with AWS and ISO.
