Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - HSE, Heavy Lifting to lead health, safety, and environmental assurance across all crane and lifting operations at the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) Stadium, one of Qiddiya City's flagship venues and a confirmed host for the 2034 FIFA World Cup. Perched on the 200-metre Tuwaiq cliff, the stadium is being built with a fleet of over 20 tower cranes, among the tallest freestanding tower cranes deployed in the Kingdom, operating in close sequence across a constrained, cliffside footprint. This presents a lifting risk profile few projects in the region can match, and the role exists to keep it under rigorous control.<br><br>The successful candidate will own the HSE strategy for all heavy lifting activity on site, working directly with the Management Contractor, specialist lifting subcontractors, and crane suppliers to ensure every lift, from tower crane erection through to major structural and façade element placement, is planned, permitted, and executed to the highest safety standard. Masterplan Director | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>We are partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Masterplan Director to lead the planning and delivery of a major mixed-use destination development in Riyadh.<br>This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the masterplanning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world-class design outcomes.<br>Key requirements:• 15+ years' experience in masterplanning, urban design, development or related disciplines• Proven leadership experience within a major developer, master developer or leading international consultancy• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments• Completion of at least one Golf Course Development project• Completion of at least one Luxury Hotel project• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience• GCC experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have delivered projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah<br>This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a landmark destination development and work alongside a highly respected development team on one of the region's most ambitious projects.
We are partnering with a leading international organization to appoint a highly experienced Building & Infrastructure Director to lead, grow, and elevate its regional B&I portfolio.<br>This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for business growth, commercial performance, P&L delivery, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing multidisciplinary teams.<br>The successful candidate will lead a diverse portfolio spanning Asset Management, Infrastructure Technical Inspections, Project & Program Management, Environmental Services, and Commissioning, while driving growth across major regional markets.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and execute the regional Building & Infrastructure growth strategy• Take full ownership of P&L performance, including revenue, sales, and gross margin• Drive portfolio expansion, market penetration, and commercial growth across B&I service lines• Lead major pursuits, tenders, strategic accounts, and key client relationships• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and client-focused project and service delivery• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and strengthen operational governance and performance• Build and develop a strong regional talent pipeline and high-performance culture• Ensure technical governance, risk management, quality, and compliance across operations• Strengthen market presence across priority sectors including Mega Projects, Developers, Contractors, Government Authorities, Urban Development, Smart Cities, Transportation Infrastructure, Aviation, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Tourism<br>Candidate Profile:• Proven senior leadership experience within the Building & Infrastructure sector• Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of driving business growth and P&L performance• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary operations and regional portfolios• Strong understanding of B&I service lines, including technical inspections, commissioning, asset management, and project/program management• Established experience in strategic client development, key account management, and major tenders• Strong knowledge of regional infrastructure markets, industry standards, and regulatory environments• An effective people leader with the ability to operate successfully within complex matrix organizations• High levels of integrity, resilience, commercial judgment, and stakeholder influence<br>This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished B&I leader to take ownership of a significant regional portfolio and play a key role in shaping its long-term growth and market position.
