We are seeking an experienced National Awareness Index SME to support a high-profile national cybersecurity initiative in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a framework to measure and track the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs at a national level.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop a National Cyber Awareness Index and measurement framework. Define KPIs, metrics, and benchmarking methodologies. Develop awareness maturity models and assessment frameworks. Design and validate surveys, research methodologies, and data collection approaches. Analyze awareness and security culture data to identify trends and insights. Guide data analysts and support interpretation of findings. Present recommendations and executive-level insights to senior stakeholders. Support the development of benchmarking and comparative analysis models.
Requirements15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Awareness, Security Culture, Human Risk Management, or related fields. Experience building measurement frameworks, indices, maturity models, or benchmarking methodologies. Strong understanding of cybersecurity awareness programs and behavioral change principles. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Previous experience with national-level programs, government initiatives, or leading security awareness providers is highly preferred. Fluent in Arabic and English.
