This full-time role is integral to optimizing sales processes, systems, and overall performance to support the company's commercial objectives within the agriculture and fresh produce sector.</p> <h3 >The Role</h3> <p >The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Farm Operations teams. This position focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing sales reporting and forecasting capabilities, ensuring accurate order management, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Manage and optimize sales operations, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.</li> <li >Oversee route planning, deliveries, daily plans and executions for van drivers, product returns, and invoicing.</li> <li >Manage order management, promotion execution, sales administration, and customer master data.</li> <li >Develop sales forecasts in collaboration with the sales team, and create reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.</li> <li >Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.</li> <li >Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Farm Operations, and Finance to ensure product availability and on-time order fulfillment.</li> <li >Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures.</li> <li >Manage sales data and ERP systems (Odoo), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.</li> <li >Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation where applicable.</li> <li >Lead, coach, and develop the sales operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li> <li >Minimum of <strong >5–7 years of experience</strong> in sales operations, commercial operations, or sales support, including at least <strong >2 years in a leadership role</strong>.</li> <li >Experience in FMCG, agriculture, fresh produce, or food manufacturing is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Skills</h3> <ul > <li >Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, order management, ERP systems (Odoo is a plus), and sales performance analysis.</li> <li >Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.</li> <li >Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <h3 >Application Process</h3> <p >Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply for this full-time position.</p>
