Position Summary The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across PulseMediaNL's approved databases, spreadsheets, records-management systems, and other digital platforms. Daily responsibilities may include transferring information from source documents, creating and updating records, verifying data, identifying errors or missing information, organizing electronic files, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. Because this is a remote position, candidates must be self-motivated, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with supervisors and team members. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Processing Accurately enter information into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other company platforms. Transfer information from forms, documents, emails, reports, and approved source materials. Create new records and update existing records. Enter names, dates, contact information, reference numbers, numerical data, and other business information. Follow established data-entry procedures and formatting standards. Review entries before submission to minimize errors. Complete assigned data-entry activities within established deadlines. Maintain accurate records of completed and pending assignments. Request clarification when source information is incomplete or unclear. Data Verification & Quality Control Compare entered information against source documents. Review records for errors, missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies. Verify information before records are finalized. Correct routine errors according to established procedures.
