Implement the annual performance management plan, and follow up on evaluation cycles, stages, schedules, and requirements, in accordance with the approved plan and instructions. 2. Prepare drafts for performance evaluation criteria, forms, manuals, and competency frameworks, study their effectiveness, and submit development proposals to the Head of the Performance Unit. 3. Study job descriptions, plans, and approved operational objectives, and determine performance areas, expected results, and measurement sources based on the nature of the jobs. 4. Provide technical support to line managers when drafting performance objectives, indicators, weights, and targets, without compromising their responsibility for defining and evaluating their employees' performance. 5. Review performance objectives and indicators, verify their clarity, measurability, and alignment with job tasks, ensure the completeness of their weights, targets, and verification sources, and provide feedback thereon. 6. Prepare lists of employees eligible for probation period evaluation, review their evaluation forms, results, and justifications, and submit recommendations regarding them to the Head of the Performance Unit. 7. Prepare executive requirements for periodic and annual performance evaluation cycles, including employee lists, forms, instructions, timelines, and necessary data. 8. Follow up on the completion of evaluation stages by line managers and employees, monitor delays or deficiencies, and coordinate with the concerned entities to address them within specified timeframes. 9. Review performance evaluation forms and results, and verify the completeness of their elements, weights, justifications, evidence, and the application of approved evaluation standards. 10. Analyze evaluation results, monitor discrepancies and unusual cases or those not supported by sufficient justifications, and prepare feedback and recommendations thereon. 11. Prepare data and analyses necessary for performance result review and calibration sessions, and document observations, adjustments, and the results issued therefrom. 12. Review employee appeals against evaluation results, examine their justifications, documents, and statements from relevant parties, and prepare recommendations for their resolution. 13. Assist line managers in preparing performance improvement plans, review areas for improvement, their procedures, targets, and timelines, and monitor the implementation of plans and analyze their results. 14. Identify high and low-performing employees and classify them according to approved results, and prepare recommendations related to recognition, motivation, development, and remediation. 15. Analyze performance results to extract training needs and professional and behavioral gaps, and coordinate with the Training Unit regarding addressing them within development plans. 16. Review performance data and records, probation periods, appeals, and improvement plans, verify the accuracy of their updates, prepare periodic reports and indicators, and maintain the confidentiality of data and results. 17.
