As part of our continued growth across the Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead the finance function for the region.

About The Role

Reporting to the International CFO, the Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership while ensuring operational excellence across all finance activities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the CEO UAE & KSA, supporting profitable growth, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing international organization and to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business in the UAE & KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

Lead the overall finance function for the Astek Entities in UAE and KSA, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information. Execute the regional finance strategy aligned with the Group's objectives. Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare monthly management reporting for the entities in UAE and KSA. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to Management. Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Perform monthly budget variance analysis and monitor key financial indicators. Produce financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making. Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for executive management. Business Partnering Serve as the finance business Partner to the CEO UAE & KSA. Support operational leaders in maximizing profitability, improving resource utilization, and managing financial risks. Provide financial guidance on commercial decisions, pricing, profitability, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives. Challenge assumptions and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the UAE and KSA finance organization. Direct and oversee the following teams: Billing, Payroll and Accounting. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. Establish clear objectives and performance expectations for all finance team members. Accounting, Controls, Treasury & Compliance Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital. Maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes. Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, labor, transfer pricing and statutory reporting requirements in UAE and KSA. Operational Excellence Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements. Participate in the deployment and optimization of the Group's financial systems and digital tools. Standardize financial processes across the region while respecting local regulatory requirements. Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives as required. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between the UAE and KSA finance organization and the International Finance Department. Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams. Build strong relationships with external auditors, banking partners, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is considered an asset. Professional accounting designation such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred. SOCPA membership/qualification is considered an asset for candidates with significant Saudi Arabia responsibilities. Candidates without a professional designation may be considered if they have strong relevant experience and demonstrated technical accounting expertise. 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including experience in a senior leadership role. Experience managing multidisciplinary finance teams. Experience in a professional services, consulting, engineering, or technology environment is considered a strong asset. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting. Experience working within an international or multi-entity organization is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
