<p>Eram Talent is seeking an elite Legal General Counsel for an immediate 3-month short-term engagement. This is not a standard corporate legal advisory assignment; it is an invitation to step in as the Lead Architect of the legal framework for one of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious supply chain engines. The interim Legal General Counsel will lead and drive the Legal function, protecting commercial and legal interests, ensuring operational continuity, and steering regulatory and strategic governance in alignment with Kingdom laws and regulations. Scope of Work As the interim Legal General Counsel during this critical 3-month mandate, your key responsibilities will include:</p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, direct, and mentor the legal team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture during this transition phase.</li><li>Partner with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic legal direction aligned with corporate goals.</li><li>Translate corporate strategy into actionable legal department objectives and operational deliverables.</li><li>Ensure robust corporate governance, including the drafting and maintenance of entity documents, resolutions, consents, and corporate filings.</li></ul><p><strong>Legal Advisory &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Provide top-tier legal support to the CEO, Board, and senior executive team on legal rights, statutory compliance, and commercial risk exposure.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive legal and commercial risk analyses to enable business growth while safeguarding income and assets.</li><li>Identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and implement proactive preventive measures to protect commercial interests.</li></ul><p><strong>Operations, Contracts &amp; Regulatory Affairs</strong></p><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including key customer/supplier contracts, logistics and procurement agreements, IT contracts, and construction documentation.</li><li>Standardize contract templates and roll out streamlined legal processes to enhance departmental efficiency.</li><li>Monitor KSA regulatory developments and changes in legislation specifically impacting the procurement and logistics sectors and proactively advise management on required adaptations.</li><li>Represent the organization before Saudi government bodies, regulatory authorities, and trade associations as needed to align corporate strategy with national legislative frameworks.</li><li>Produce structured administrative and legal reporting for executive management as required.</li></ul><p>Note: Candidates must be immediately available or have minimal notice periods to fulfill this 3-month contract assignment.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LL.M.), or equivalent degree from an internationally recognized law school. Licensure: Must be registered and licensed to practice law by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Justice (KSA Bar / Judicial License). Experience: 16+ years of post-qualification experience providing high-level legal counsel within a corporate, top-tier law firm, government, or private consultancy environment in Saudi Arabia. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of KSA corporate law, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation, with strong preference given to expertise in the supply chain, logistics, or procurement industries. Certifications: LL.M. from a top-tier UK or US law school and/or KSA Bar Certification is highly preferred.</p>

<p>Identification and treatment of corrosion found on aircraft components and structures. Removes corrosion using chemical and mechanical techniques. Perform metal etching. Surface preparation and application of primers and surface coats. Uses corrosion detection, measuring, metal identification and special cleaning, treatment and application equipment. Prepares and accurately completes maintenance documentation and reports. Maintains equipment specific to job role. Be an active member of a diverse team within TMSC consisting of personnel from different social backgrounds and technical trades. Responsible for reporting and encouraging expedient Error Management Reporting, addressing or highlighting any safety concerns and failings immediately. Assist within their area-of-responsibility with regards to audits and act when called upon to take responsibility for addressing / retifying any audit findings. Identify and enact opportunities to improve and enhance the delivery of the TSS service and encourage a Continuous Improvement culture.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>(Saudi National Only) A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&amp;CA,OR Part 66 licensed (current or lapsed), or suitable equivalent technical license acceptable to M&amp;CA. Have at least 5 years post qualification relevant experience supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training or successful completion of BAESSA apprenticeship programme (SNTTP/ TSNTTP).. Relevant type training (Q Course) and specific training if required. Understand and use Maintenance GoldESP system or similar platform. Be fully conversant with the interpretation of technical diagrams and Documentation. Demonstrate knowledge / understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering. Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE) Registration. Broad Aerospace and Defence company / industry knowledge.</p>
