<p><b>Role Summary:</b></p><p><span>Responsible for leading and running cash management services and develop and strategies to ensure that the business unit attains the leading position in the market and maintains the leadership role. To provide clients with secure cash management services and monitor cash management services budget and profitability.</span> <span>This position will define new requirements and processes, manage existing processes and continuous business improvement, and establish a working relationship between various stakeholders. Ensure that Cash Services will align with standard operating procedures and industrial best practices.</span></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><ul> <li><span>Implement the corporate strategy and achieve the short-term/long terms objectives set by the Executive Management.</span></li> <li><span>Lead the development and implementation of cash management services strategies in line with industrial practices and regulations.</span></li> <li><span>Motivate human resources, develop human resources knowledge and skills, and define recruitment and training requirements in coordination with the departmental heads and the HR.</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for preparing and managing cash services service budgets. Maintains records of incidents according to the set policies and procedures.
