The project’s master plan leverages international sustainability standards for urban afforestation, treated water, and energy sources.<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>The Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Delivery Director, supports the overall leadership and supervision of the Construction Delivery Team across the assigned portfolio. Experience of leading large infrastructure projects from a Contractor or a Project Management consultant perspective. Thorough knowledge of all phases of project activities including contracting strategy, budget approvals, procurement execution planning, contractor mobilization, jobsite setup, contractor performance management, testing, commissioning and public realm works from inception to handover. Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes & standards and practices governing projects.
