The client has already invested in security tooling and established offensive security capabilities, including SAST and DAST. Serve as a point of contact for government agencies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Contribute investment capital to support the establishment and operations of the Saudi Branch (investment amount to be mutually agreed upon). Collaborate with the global Huntech Solutions leadership team to align the Saudi Branch’s operations with the company’s vision and goals. Represent Huntech Solutions in local business networks and industry events (as needed). Provide insights into the Saudi market to support business development and client acquisition.<br>Investment and Profit-Sharing Structure Investment: The Director is expected to provide financial investment to support the setup and operations of the Saudi Branch. The specific investment amount will be negotiated based on the branch’s business plan and operational needs. Profit Sharing: In return for the investment and role as Director, the candidate will receive a 15% share of the net profits generated by the Saudi Branch, subject to annual financial audits and mutual agreement on profit distribution terms. This percentage is proposed to balance the investment contribution with the strategic importance of the role.<br>Requirements Saudi Citizenship: Must be a Saudi national (mandatory for regulatory compliance). Ability to provide investment capital to support the Saudi Branch’s operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in official capacities. Prior experience in a leadership, managerial, or director-level role is a plus but not required. Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
