JOB SCOPE :Accountable for IT function end-to-end in the KSA – Cluster 2 lounges Responsible for project management for the delivery of IT capabilities needed in coordination with HQ IT, business partner IT and local vendors (including IT network and infrastructure, and business applications) for all new business development projects such as new outlets opening and new B2B partnership opportunities. Responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability, high level IT support services to guests and staff as well as coverage for the computer systems, data, either on site or remote, including some evenings, weekends and holidays depending on business needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Management and support scope to locations across KSAregion Responsible for managing the day-to-day IT function in the lounges and offices, providing support and leadership to the Management team, including organizing and implementing the IT strategic plan. In collaboration with HQ IT teams and lead the delivery & support of all IT initiatives (global and local) in the region, ensure proper project management and change control processes are followed, and approved budget are managed, to enable the Region business strategies and plan. Oversee the ongoing operations of all IT solutions and services in the region to ensure they meets the needs of the business, and all SLAs are met by ensuring timely problem resolution and providing excellent customer service Install, support and maintain computer hardware, network and software infrastructure as needed Ensure all computer systems are functioning properly including file servers, data backup, database servers, POS terminals, CCTV, internet connection, PA System, WAN and VPN connection Ensured competitive costs for systems and services through adept negotiation and by developing beneficial business relationships with vendors. Analyze computer / IT problems reported and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement measures Maintain proper administration records of IT equipment inventory, application software inventory, software licenses, IT equipment movement, networking & other IT related information Provide training, guidance, and support to end users Perform any ad hoc IT duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS:Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in IT services and project management preferably with hospitality industry experience Familiar with Windows operation systems and office applications Hands-on experience in TCP/IP Networking, Basic Firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN network security Good communication skills, including verbal and writing skills Good organizational and management skills Positive attitude, Self-motivated, High sense of responsibility Ability to work independently on complex tasks Problem solving ability Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. You will work across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing, and partner-facing teams, often in situations where alignment matters as much as the analysis itself.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>Own and evolve pricing strategies and optimization for B2B partner channels. Build and lead experimentation roadmaps, including test design, success measures, decision frameworks, and post-test actions. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across functions, seniority levels, and geographies. Fluency with data and analytical tools, including advanced SQL; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or an equivalent platform. Practical experience designing or interpreting controlled experiments and translating results into decisions. A high-ownership, bias-for-action mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. We are now establishing a small Marketing AI Products team to take the next step: turning the most valuable cross-team opportunities into reliable, scalable and widely adopted products.<br><br>The team will focus on a small number of high-impact “lighthouse” initiatives while Marketing sub-teams continue to develop and own their everyday, team-specific AI use cases. Initial opportunity areas include experiment analysis, business reporting and monitoring, campaign operations, creative workflows and SEO/AEO content.<br><br>The Opportunity<br><br>We are looking for a hands-on analyst and product builder who can operate at the intersection of Marketing, data, product development and generative AI.<br><br>You will identify high-value workflows, translate business problems into clear product requirements, develop and evaluate solutions, and work with developers and Marketing teams to take successful ideas from prototype through deployment and adoption.<br><br>This is not a traditional reporting role or a purely coordination-focused product role. You will be expected to work directly with data and AI tools, understand users’ workflows in detail and take ownership of delivering measurable outcomes.<br><br>In This Role, You’ll Get To<br><br>Identify recurring Marketing workflows where AI can materially improve speed, quality, scalability or decision-making. Quantify each opportunity by establishing its current effort, pain points, user base and potential business value. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, milestones and measurable success criteria. Build and test prototypes using SQL, Python, automation tools and generative AI technologies. Partner with developers, Technology teams and sponsoring Marketing teams to turn successful prototypes into reliable products. Design evaluation frameworks covering output accuracy, reliability, usability, safety and appropriate human review. Lead user research, pilots and iterative testing with analysts, channel specialists and other target users. Drive rollout, documentation, training and adoption in partnership with sponsoring teams. Measure hours saved, improvements in turnaround time and quality, adoption levels and downstream business impact. Maintain a prioritized portfolio of Marketing AI opportunities and communicate progress, learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Monitor developments in AI capabilities and identify when existing products should be improved, expanded or retired. Contribute reusable tools, standards and playbooks that help Marketing teams build better AI-enabled workflows independently.<br><br>What You’ll Need To Succeed<br><br>4–6 years of relevant experience in analytics, product analytics, marketing strategy, business operations, consulting, product management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, technical or business discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or finance. Strong SQL skills and experience working independently with large or complex datasets. Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, workflow automation or similar technical tools. Experience defining hypotheses, designing experiments and translating results into actionable business recommendations. Strong product thinking, including the ability to understand user problems, define requirements and make pragmatic scope and prioritization decisions. Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured workstreams and move rapidly from analysis to execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, dependable solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Analytics, Product and Technology teams. Experience building Gen AI applications, AI agents or automated analytical workflows. Familiarity with prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, APIs, model evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code or Google AI Studio.<br><br>It’s Great if You Have<br><br>Experience writing product requirements, managing a product backlog or taking an internal product from prototype to scaled adoption. Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, experimentation, SEO/AEO, campaign operations or personalization. Experience establishing quality-assurance and monitoring processes for data or AI products. Experience deploying internal tools or working closely with software engineers on production systems.<br><br>What Success Looks Like<br><br>In your first year, you will help launch and scale a small number of cross-Marketing AI products with clear adoption and value metrics.
